Declared a national Park by the president Ulysses S. Grant in 1872 this is the most knwon and the first national park of America. 2. Glacier National Park

Situated in Montana this national park has 26 glaciers and 130 named lakes that are in the peaks of the Rocky Mountains. It was declared a national park on May 11, 1910. 3. Death Valley National Park

If you are considering to visit national parks then Death Valley National Park will be on the top five choices on every serious tourist list. This park is the hottest, and probably the driest place in the United States of America.
